The following books and products from US SAILING are recommended for
anyone responsible for performing race committee duties:
Regatta Forms
The following forms are provided for use by PPYC Race Committees and
other Regatta Committees. If you find any errors in these forms or know of
other forms that need to be added, please contact the
PPYC Vice Commodore and/or
PPYC Race Director. If you
modify any of these forms for use in PPYC regattas or races, please get
approval from the PPYC Vice Commodore and Race Director before using them.

Application (PDF)--for boats that

Meals, T-Shirts & Other Sales Form (PDF)--a
required form for recording individual sales of meals, t-shirts or
other sales not recorded on a regatta entry form. Information from this
form is transferred to the Regatta Receipts Detail form (see directly
below).

Expense Reimbursement Form
Use this form if you need to be reimbursed for expenditures you make
on behalf of PPYC. This form is a required form for all regatta
expenses. It should also be used for all other club events. KEEP YOUR
RECEIPTS so you can get reimbursed!

Event Report
Use this form to file a summary of the event with the PPYC Board.
Please submit the report to the PPYC
Treasurer as soon as possible after the event. This form should be
used for all PPYC events, not just for regattas.
